was shot 8 times by police.
it's not murder or manslaughter, but the police *did* breach health & safety laws.
an innocent man is dead, and he wasn't murdered, it's just the police didn't comply with healthy & safety laws.

i know, it's disgusting. that poor man is dead and the men who shot him are just going to get off scot free. i really feel for his family (and for the sake of the human race in general)
